I’m a busy mum, you’re a busy mum. This live experience is designed to fit into your day. The daily audio drops and meditation practices can all be done in short bursts through your day all in under 30 minutes.

No special tools are required! All you need is a device with internet access (and maybe a notebook if you like to jot down reflections or take notes). The trainings are housed in our online portal and are audio based so you can listen to on our phone on the go or at home on your laptop! The focus is on easy-to-implement insights and practices, so everything is designed to be as simple as possible.
